Since I generally use similar tags for many of my designs I have a word document saved so I can essentially copy and paste my tags with a few minor tweaks! Aside from providing valuable metadata for search engines to know what your artwork is about, by giving your customers the opportunity to become knowledgeable in your artwork, you encourage them to give you real-life promotions.

I read something about storing the full size image in the cloud, if that is the problem I can't find out how to download the full size image I just sent an editor a Dropbox full of images that said they were full size but at his end they weren't so ended up emailing each one as a an attachment. And I do edit them, was thinking the file would get larger but good to know that's the opposite.
Editing them does not necessary make them smaller or larger cropping does make them smaller - what is making them smaller or larger is your choice of export options size, quality, etc.
