The use of a jailbreak is unquestionably the most efficient method of removing MDM from an iOS device. However, since there are so many hazards associated with using a jailbreak to uninstall MDM, then it is as risky to do so as well. Why not experiment with a different technique? If you still can't find the App Store, search for it.
