In AppBrain App Market, when searching the app you will notice that the country restriction will be bypassed. This is not an illegal way as you still have to pay for the apps that are not free. What you see when you open the Play Store is completely dependent on your country settings. Search results and top charts are specific to each region and there are lots of popular apps and games that simply won't show up unless your Play Store country matches up.
Until recently, changing these settings was an exercise in frustration. As someone who has had to move back and forth between the US and Europe, I can attest to that. Thankfully, the process is far easier today, as the Play Store has been updated to include country and profiles options that will appear once your IP address changes.
There are a few caveats, however, as Google is now limiting the number of times you can change country to once per year and, technically, you'll have to visit another country in order to trigger a change of IP address.
That's all well and good if you've actually moved abroad, but if you're still at home, you'll have to use some creative tricks to get around these restrictions. If you are already in the country you wish to set as your Play Store location, lucky you! You can jump all the way to Step 3. Otherwise, you'll need to download a VPN application.
There are hundreds of great options for Android, but I opted for the VPN Melon app, which can be downloaded for free via the link below. Therefore read the reviews or use trusted sites before using the file. You can use this website or any other that you find trustworthy. When you have downloaded the APK you can then easily install the app, which was restricted in your country, on your Android phone. These two methods mentioned above are safe to use instead of rooting your device.
Rooting gives permission to download and install many third-party apps and access to other features. But it is definitely risky and not secure at all. I preferred to use the APK method, but the other method was to create a google account in that country and add it.
APK method was cleaner. The best solution I found for this issue which also works for things like getting Netflix content for other regions, is to use a VPN service. I personally use VPN Unlimited at the moment though there are plenty of others available. I am in the UK and all I need to do with this app is open it, select a server in the region of choice and then turn on the VPN service and for all intents and purposes any website or app that looks for a region thinks I am in the same region as my chosen server I usually use one in the US.
I am sure there may be cost free versions available but I suspect they will be at some performance cost such as limited download usage or bandwidth but its worth looking into.
